WEIGH YOUR ORDER! My orders of ground flower have been .3 to .5 SHORT every time I order. I have two scales, tested and true, and they both read the same. Please do better Surterra, I would like to keep shopping with you.

I have placed a couple orders on line from here and when I pick it up, after I leave and check, it has not been what was ordered. Very disappointed. You think with all dispensaries going up they would have better customer service. I brought this up with them, all I get is excuses, and false apologies. And they don't refund if it is not what you wanted. They should go over the order more better with there customers before they take your money.

I’ve only been twice so far but both times were great! Tyler helped me out and was awesome when my dumb self didn’t bring enough cash with me lol. A tiny bit more expensive than other places in the area but the deals are great and so is customer service

I like this place but I never get my rewards. They loyalty program sucks. Their online site doesn't have an easy way to log into your account. The products are awesome but it shouldn't take this long to make an online order.

Well I just made my first trip to suterra in Palm Bay Florida. First off I would like to say what a beautiful dispensary. Very clean very comfortable very accepting. Customer service was beyond expectations. My budtender was Yaisa aka "YAYA". She was very helpful not pushy and very accommodating to my needs. I have not tapped into the product yet. I will do my reviews on Twitter and Facebook regarding product quality. However if their product is anything like their customer service I am sure I will be more than happy. I would love to work at one of these dispensaries. Just happy places. This is my first time there so I was able to get my 75 off 150 purchase which is amazing as well
